Update - 26th April 2020
Dear Parents,
There are a number of FSM vouchers awaiting to be redeemed.
From Edenred you have been issued vouchers for the following:
14/04/2020 – for the 1st week of the Easter break
21/04/2020 – for the week commencing 20th April
Edenred have not authorised the voucher for the 2nd week of the Easter break. I have emailed them daily for a reason why and I will be in touch when I know more. Hopefully, they will rectify this during the week to come and issue the vouchers to you.
Please look for the email vouchers that you would have received on 14th and 21st April and redeem them. If you are having issues redeeming the vouchers please see the guidance attached or email htgadmin@haaf.org.uk

Update - 22nd April 2020
Dear Parents and Carers,
Many parents are understandably worried as they have not yet received their vouchers for the 2nd week of the Easter break or this weeks vouchers.
Both vouchers were requested from Edenred during the first week of the Easter holiday and this the only step of the process that the school is directly involved in. They need to then go through Edenred’s processing system, receive payment from the Government and then email the codes out to parents.
The Edenred website is checked daily for updates after being placed in a virtual waiting room due to the high volume of schools using the system.
I would like to assure you that as a school we are doing all that we can to get the vouchers out to parents as quickly as possible, however we are reliant on Edenred following the process through.
I have been informed that both outstanding vouchers have been paid for so Edenred should be emailing them to parents as soon as possible.
If you have any further questions please can they be directed to htgadmin@haaf.org.uk and not individual staff members email addresses, this will ensure that your message is picked up in a timely manner.

Update - 20th March 2020
Dear Parents and Carers,
Some clarity over the offer to accommodate children of key workers in school:
We want to support parents and carers who have to go out to work as a key worker and have no-one else to look after your child at home. If a partner of a key worker is at home, they should be responsible for the child/ren. Equally, key workers who are working from home should be responsible for looking after their children at home. We will only be able to keep school open if I have the staff. I have to think of the health and well-being of my staff.
The offer of key worker children in school should be strictly for those who need it please!
Kind regards,
Miss E Gyimah

Update - 18th March 2020
Our communities will have probably heard the news that schools will be closing at the end of this week, except for the children of key workers and the most vulnerable (such as Looked After Children (LAC) and those with an Educational, Health & Care Plan (EHCP)).
We fully understand if parents/carers wish to keep children at home in the next two days but will need to provide a reason for their absence. If your children are well enough to attend and are not required to self-isolate, they should come to school as normal for the rest of this week. We will update fully on next steps on Friday 20th March.
