Payments, Breakfast and After School Club
BREAKFAST CLUB
Breakfast Club runs from 7:15am each morning and costs £4 per child, per day.
Breakfast will be served till 8:15am, if you arrive after this time your child may not be able to attend Breakfast Club.
Payments must be made via ParentPay before the child attends and a place must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Without a booking your child will be unable to attend the club.
AFTER SCHOOL CLUB
We offer two sessions for our After School Club. A short session from the end of the school day until 4:30pm each day costing £7 per child. Or a full session from the end of the school day until 6:30pm each day costing £14 per child.
Children who attend the full After School Club session are offered a healthy snack at 4:30pm.
A place must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and payment made via ParentPay. Without a booking your child will be unable to attend the club.
Late Collection Policy
If your child is picked up after 6:30pm you will receive a £10 invoice for the late pick up. If your child is collected between 6:40pm-7:00pm you will be charged £20 for the late pick up. If your child is collected after 7:00pm additional charges will be made in order to cover staffing costs. Each time you collect your child late this will be recorded in our late pick up book. If the late pick fee is not paid we will be unable to provide ASC service until the payment is made. If your child is collected late on three occasions in the same half term, you will then receive a ‘Final’ warning letter stating that your child will be unable to attend for the remainder of the term.
BOOKING SYSTEM
Bookings and payments for both Breakfast and After School Club can be made via via ParentPay.
After School Club
